Our services are ideally suited to the dynamic and rapidly changing aviation industry where demand for training varies significantly throughout the year. We can deliver the highest quality of instruction with minimal notice period and tailored to your specific requirements.
Waypoint Aviation has significant experience with Airline operations and specialises in modern practices of Crew Resource Management (CRM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety compliance and customer service. Further to this, we have a highly educated team with degree level qualifications in subjects including aerodynamics, aircraft systems and structures, as well as business management. Waypoint draws from over a decade of experience in the aviation industry, covering many different sectors of the industry including private recreational and commercial operations. What services can Waypoint Aviation offer your training organisation?
We have a team of qualified MCC instructors available to work on a flexible basis to meet your training needs. Our instructors are currently operating as flight crew for major UK airlines with recent experience on the B737NG. Our instructors have a huge amount of technical knowledge for the industry as well as non-technical (NOTEC) skills. This knowledge covers fields across the board and includes areas such as Principles of Flight, aircraft systems and CRM. Our policy is honesty at all times; if we do not know the answer, we will endeavour to find out.
All staff demonstrate the utmost professionalism at all times. This includes personal appearance, punctuality and thorough preparation for every session with clients. We have great passion for the industry and present ourselves in a manner which honours the respect the industry holds.

This means that aircraft or simulator time is used more effectively and a greater depth of understanding can be achieved. We stay up to date with manuals and bulletins issued by aircraft manufacturers to ensure delivered training is accurate and educational.
